GFRP recycling pilot — from "interesting" to off-take.
Mid-sized composites manufacturer, recyclate quota target 20% by 2026. Three months: material qualification matrix, two supplier pilots, one off-take letter of intent signed. Reduced material cost exposure by ~12% on the qualified SKUs and removed the CSRD reporting gap on circularity for that product family.
